Thank you for shopping with Couch Guys PSL. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Local Delivery 

We don't ship couches. Every order is either delivered or picked up.

Free white-glove delivery within 30 miles

Delivery is free for addresses within 30 miles of our Jensen Beach, FL location. White glove means we carry your couch inside and place it in the room you choose. Delivery usually happens within 1 to 3 days of your purchase, and we'll text you to schedule a time that works for you.

Before you order, please measure your doorways, hallways, and stairways to make sure your couch will fit. If you're not sure, text us and we'll help.

Non-Local Delivery

If you're more than 30 miles away, text or email us your address before you order and we'll send you a quote. You can choose white-glove delivery or a lower-priced curbside drop-off.

Pickup

Choose Pickup at checkout to collect your couch from our Jensen Beach location at no cost. The pickup address is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Once your order is paid, there's no deadline. We'll text you to set up a pickup time. Please bring a truck or trailer big enough for your couch.
